Stay at Sennebec Farm | Historic Farmhouse & Yurt Rental in Union, Maine
Put down your phone. Let the farm do what it does. Whether you're staying in the 1849 farmhouse or tucked into the yurt at the edge of the clearing, mornings here feel different.
If you're hosting or attending an event at Sennebec Farm, complimentary additional nights in the farmhouse Airbnb may be available before or after your event date. Ask us about availability when you book your event.
The Farmhouse
Our 1849 Federal-style farmhouse has been fully renovated with care — keeping the character, losing the drafts. The second-floor Airbnb rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with the kind of quiet that's hard to find in most of the world. Wake up to open sky, birdsong, and the smell of Maine mornings.
The farmhouse is close to everything mid-coast Maine has to offer — Camden's harbor is 20 minutes away, Rockland's galleries and restaurants just as close. But honestly, most guests find they don't need to leave the property much at all.
The Yurt
We added the yurt in 2022 and it immediately became the most beloved spot on the property. My mother — who is 94 and still the most adventurous person I know — loves to spend afternoons there, eating lunch, playing cards, and sometimes staying overnight.
It's warm in the cooler months, open and breezy when summer comes, and surrounded by the kind of stillness that cities don't make anymore. Yurt stays are currently available as part of certain event packages, with broader availability coming soon.
The yurt is currently available through select event packages. Personal yurt rental bookings are coming soon — drop us a note if you'd like to be added to the list.
